From choosing your stove, to lighting your first fire

We understand that choosing a new stove or fire is a big decision. That’s why we’re here to guide you through the whole process.

From your initial enquiry to helping you choose the right stove for your home, through to surveying, installation and those all-important finishing touches, we take care of everything.

How it works:

Visit our showroom and leave your details with one of our lovely ladies or contact the office directly.

We will ask for photographs, diagrams or dimensions of the room where you’d like your stove installed. A photograph of the outside of your property is also helpful, as it allows us to assess roof access and better understand the requirements of your installation.

Once we have these, we can advise further on what will be possible and an idea on cost.

Next, if you’re happy with that, we can then arrange an on-site survey where we can go through everything in more detail.
