How Much Will It Cost to Install My Stove…?

Every job is different… but as guide….
Assuming that the fireplace is ready for us, and we install a 5” 316 Grade (10 Yr. Guarantee) flue liner in an existing 2 storey chimney, then approx. £850 plus the stove. For a 904 grade (20 Yr. liner, approx. £1100).

We’ll be looking for things like ease of access… Can we get on with ladders…?
Do we need to change your chimney pot…? Do we need to fit an airbrick…? Etc. etc.… this will become apparent on our free home survey.

But I need my hearth area prepared…?

Again, as a guide, for us to chop out the fireplace, widen the opening, fit a concreate lintel, fire boards and hearth (in a choice of colours)… approx. £1000.
This does not include any plastering work … but this can be arranged at an additional cost if required.

No Chimney…?

If you do not have a conventional chimney, or you are looking to fit the stove in a conservatory for example, then we will use a prefabricated flue system… better known as “Twin Wall”.

This cost varies depending on the property but roughly:

Two storey external £2000-2500
Two storey internal £2300-2800
Bungalow £1500-1800
Conservatory £1100-£1800 depending on where the stove is situated.
Plus the stove, and any building work.
